New Applications

Communicare allocates vacant units on a ‘first come first served’ basis to applicants that meet the qualifying criteria for the available unit.

In order to complete your application, please ensure the required documentation listed below is attached.

1. Completed Application Form
2. Three months bank statements
3. Proof of income
4. Certified copy of identity document or valid permanent residency papers
5. Certified copy of marriage certificate or certified copy of divorce decree, as applicable
6. Certified copies of identity documents or birth certificates of all dependants and occupants

PLEASE NOTE : Only applicants who meet the minimum income requirements and have submitted the required documentation to the email address listed on the vacancy will be considered.
We have very few vacancies and receive thousands of applications. We only correspond with the shortlisted applicants, so if you do not receive a response within 10 working days, please assume that you have not been short-listed for the vacancy.
